I’m a Chartered Company Secretary with 15 years’ experience in the charity, public sector and private sectors. I’m also a qualified coach accredited at ACC level by the International Coaching Federation, trained in the Results Coaching System(TM).
I’m now using this combined experience to help Company Secretaries and other governance professionals to realise their full potential.
Who I can help
I’ve helped clients from a variety of backgrounds to perform better at work. But my experience as a company secretary means that I have particular understanding of the challenges of that role, as well as ones in risk, audit and other compliance functions. And I know from experience how coaching can help.
How I know it works
Back in 2008, coaching helped me to transition into a leadership role that I wouldn’t have considered before – so when my company introduced an in-house Workplace Coaching programme, I jumped at the opportunity to be trained.
Since then, I’ve completed the train
ing and have already helped a number of people to achieve their goals. I’ve also continued to turn to coaching to help me meet new challenges.
